In response to wave of worldwide condemnations against the recent wave of executions throughout Iran, the mullahs’ prosecutor in the southwestern city of Ahwaz said in complete atrocity, “We have no remorse in carrying out executions,” the state-run Asr-e Iran daily reported.
Afshar-Nia, the mullahs’ prosecutor in Ahwaz added, “Regarding our fight against drug smuggling, there are heavy punishments against criminals in this regard… execution is one of these heavy punishments, which is carried out following the approval of the judiciary and the head of the justice department. We have no remorse in carrying out executions to provide public security.”
This regime official in Ahwaz admitted to arresting and executing resistant youth, and claimed they “are lured into groups without being completely aware.”
