State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said the US government is making it clear for all countries that this is not the time to strengthen their relations with the Iranian regime in the fields of security and economy, the official US State Department website reported.
Nuland added instead, international interests require all of us to make this regime understand the decision it is faced with: either international isolation or accepting its obligations.
