The clerical regime has filtered a number of other web sites and arrested a number of web loggers.
In an interview with the state-run daily Etemad, Ahmad Rouzbehani, a commander of State Security Forces (SSF) in Tehran, said: “Encountering internet offenders is in our program in future; we strongly encounter the weblog offenders who publish bad and prohibited contents.”
On November 18, 2008, Khorramabadi, Iranian regime’s general prosecutor legal advisor, had also announced: “We have filtered more than five million internet websites”.
