The majority of the UK House of Commons and 200 members of the House of Lords condemned the Iranian regime’s opposition to Mahmoud Abbas’ plan and the establishment of an independent Palestine, considering it against the highest interests of the Palestinian people along with the people of Iran and Iraq, and a measure against the Arab Spring.
