Iran’s Majlis (parliament) announced a report on the death of Sattar Beheshti has been prepared that will be read in the Majlis daily session this coming Sunday.
Majlis member Ali Motahari said it is impossible for Beheshti to have died of a natural death.
Another Majlis member by the name of Mehdi Davatgari said the important issue is that this report ‘should not blame the whole system for the mistakes of one or two employees or agents’.
From these remarks it is completely obvious that the mullahs’ regime is terrified after the wave of international condemnations and is desperately trying to acquit the system and the regime’s senior officials who are the main elements responsible for the murder of Sattar Beheshti under torture while in custody.
