Mohseni Ejei, mullahs’ public prosecutor and speaker of the judiciary branch, made new remarks describing the fabricated accusation of ‘moharebe’, laying the grounds for further executions.
“If an individual has a weapon in hand and terrifies others, or a group creates fear in a large crowd, they might be defined as ‘moharebe’, giving that each and every single member has a weapon,” Ejei said.
It is worth noting that under the mullahs’ laws, the fabricated accusation of moharebe (enmity against God) is punished by death.
