Heitham al-Maleh, member fo the Syrian National Council Administrative Office expressed disappointment on Russian and China’s veto in the United Nations Security Council and emphasized the mullahs’ regime ruling Iran continues to support Assad’s carnage of the Syrian people.
“This measure [Security Council veto] will only lead to further bloodshed in Syria,” al-Maleh said. “Russia sells deadly weapons to the Syrian regime and profits billions of dollars. Unfortunately, the Iranian regime provides however much money Assad’s needs to allow him to purchase weapons and kill his people. We must support the Free Syrian Army to overthrow this regime.”
