Mullahs’ agents arrest people providing assistance to earthquake stricken areas

Agents of the mullahs’ Ministry of Intelligence and State Security Forces attacked and arrested people who rushed to the help of the earthquake stricken areas in Iran’s northwestern provinces. Reports indicate at least 35 were arrested in this raid last Wednesday.
Following humanitarian assistance provided by the brave people of Iran’s Azerbaijan and other cities across the country to provide help independent from the regime’s plundering organizations, the mullahs’ MOIS agents and SSF units attacked the camps established by these people in the city of Sarand.
The mullahs’ governor of Ahar, along with Majlis (parliament) members from Ahar and Tabriz, and prosecutor of Tabriz were accompanying the regime’s forces in this raid.
All medical supplies and other equipment brought for the earthquake hit residents were seized and the camp was sealed by the regime’s agents. These camps were the site of many goods and necessary items being donated to the survivors of the deadly twin quakes that rocked Iran’s Azerbaijan regions. However, all have now been confiscated by the mullahs’ forces.
