Manouchehr Mottaki, the Iranian regime’s foreign Minister, persisted in the continuation of nuclear activities and announced that the regime wouldn’t waive its right because of the sanctions.

He claimed: The Iranian nuclear file is left useless in the UN Security Council. The Security Council should demonstrate its bravery and return the file to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
