Ministry of Intelligence arrests Ahvazis in southwestern Iran

Four Iranians from the city of Ahvaz by the names of Majid Ka’bi, Milad Bin Saeed, Ali Zeini Vand and Naeem Dolfie were arrested by Ministry of Intelligence agents near Sepidar Prison.
Furthermore, Daniyal Kheiri was also arrested on Thursday, December 10th along with Vahid Mohammad Mousaie in the city of Ramsheer.
Majid Ka’bi and Milad Bin Saeed were severely beaten by these intelligence agents during their arrests. These individuals intended to hold a rally protesting the sudden death of political prisoner Mohammad Hemadi.
No news has been published by the Ahvaz public prosecutor regarding the arrest of these individuals that were all made on Thursday, December 10th.
Political prisoner Mohammad Hemaid was from the city of Ahvaz and last week he was sentenced to 10 years and 7 months behind bars by the regime’s so-called courts. He died due to unknown reasons in prison.
