Nazar al-Samerai, an expert at the Iraq Center of Strategic Studies described Nouri Maliki as the Iranian regime’s puppet in Iraq.
“The current regime ruling Iraq is associated to the Iranian regime,” he said in an interview with Change TV. “It is linked to the Iranian regime, sentimentally and regarding its interests. Even its own fate is linked to the Iranian regime’s experience. Therefore, the leaders of the Iraqi National Alliance are doing whatever they can to gain the satisfaction of the Iranian regime to maintain this regime’s support.”
