According to a report by AP titled ‘Huge hurdles in path of final Iran nuke deal’, the interim deal states that the final nuke accord might leave the Iranian regime with an enrichment program with practical limitations and transparency measures. This means that there will be bargaining over the number of centrifuges, which the uranium produced can be used for both fuel reactors and nuclear bombs.
Gary Samore, the former White House arms control coordinator, says that bargaining over enrichment will be the most difficult issue and expects little tangible progress until the end of this year if at all.
