Al-Hurra TV reported that U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Zalmay Khalilzad, said that despite all improvements in Iraq, the extremist armed forces affiliated to the Iranian regime are still regarded as a big threat.

He added that those forces ploy to kill the Iraqi people similar to the recent explosions in Baghdad. Deadly attacks against Iraqis are among such objectives.

Khalilzad reiterated again that the Iranian regime interferes in political affairs of Iraq and makes any political progress in Iraq to fail.
