Kines Kinguri, a prisoner from Kenya who had spent 8 years of his life in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison, passed away last week. His cellmates said this prisoner was transferred to the clinic at 6 am on April 4 due to high blood pressure. However, no one in the clinic provided any medical care for him until 11 am. He suffered a stroke at 11 am and died before being transferred to a hospital.
