Following 9 days of marathon discussions in Lausanne Switzerland, Iranian foreign minister Javad Zarif and EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini spoke at a news conference in Lausanne University reading the statement in Farsi and English.
Iranian regime official news agency IRNA said the statement read as: “these are agreed solutions with the aim of reaching a comprehensive joint action. These solution have no legal basis and is merely a conceptual guide written and prepared and would pave the way for a comprehensive joint action agreement. In this regard the comprehensive joint action agreement according to these solutions would start in near future.
According to the IRNA the joint press statement between Iran and the P5+1 added: Based on the solution reached the duration of the comprehensive joint action program on enrichment in Iran would be 10 years. The end of this round of negotiations, formulation of comprehensive draft program of the joint action until June 30th would start in a near future.
IRNA cites the agreement as reading that Iran would accept the additional protocol on provisional and voluntary basis with the objective of transparency and trust building and in future the singing of this protocol would be up to the President and the Iran Islamic Parliament to ratify and sing.
