The mullahs’ state-run “Mardom Salari” daily admits to critical economic conditions and devastated domestic production units.
“Everyone imports whatever goods they like,” this state-run daily wrote, “and alongside this import policy, big factories reaching their critical lines are closing one by one. Workers are laid off every day. Today, employment offices become a place for complaining, and regrettably great deals of decisions are in favor of the employers. The hidden part of the workers society’s problem is the issue of blank contracts.”
“Currently, today’s workers are signing contracts granting all perquisites and fringe benefits to the employers even before beginning to work,” Mardom Salari daily added. “Workers are signing the pay roll list but are not actually receiving even the minimum wages assigned by the Ministry of Labor. Also, the workers’ wages are not in accordance with inflation rate.”
