The mullahs’ judiciary, headed by Majlis (parliament) speaker Ali Larijani’s brother, is taking action against Ahmadinejad’s faction after Sunday’s unprecedented brawl and infighting between the regime’s president and Majlis speaker.
Bahram Bahrami, judge of the regime’s supreme court described the taping of the conversation between Fazel Larijani, Ali Larijani’s brother, with former Tehran prosecutor Saeed Mortazavi as an illegal measure.
“A court judge can’t even order a dialogue to be video or audiotaped, unless it is under certain circumstances that is specified by the law,” Bahrami said.
“Unveiling corruption must be carried out through legal routes,” he continued.
