Iran’s ethnic minority Balouchi men seen as second class citizens

A young Baluchi man of the ethnic minority community from the town of Khash has been arrested by Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) intelligence agents and kept for 40 days without ever being informed of his charges.
Hossein Rahmani Irandegan, born in 1981, was arrested by IRGC intelligence agents on December 6, 2015 and kept in limbo to this day. This Baluch prisoner has been placed under torture after his arrest. Despite his family following up on his status with various judiciary institutions officials have maintained not having any information about his status.
