Iran this year is suffering from a serious drought and this has forced the regime to impose water rationing measures, Al- Jazeera TV reported. The Iranian regime has come under criticism over poor efforts to stop this water shortage crisis and drought that has engulfed half of the country.
The main problem is about the agriculture industry that has allocated 80% of the country’s water resources to its own needs. Iran’s environment organization once again sounded the alarms in an effort to save thousands of kilometers from the drought.
The Iranian regime is accused of negligence in resolving this water shortage problem. While half of Iran is facing a drought crisis, the people are accusing the regime in this regard. Dozens of rivers and lakes have dried up across the country, leaving much grounds facing vast drought.
