Iranians losing money and share of a northeast company, rally in Tehran

Tehran – From 9 am on Tuesday, February 23rd, a group of stockholders of the ‘Padide Shandiz’ Company rallied outside the Iranian regime’s parliament in Tehran. This crowd started their march towards the parliament when dozens of people joined their ranks.
When the protesting crowd reached the parliament the repressive state police announced the gathering was illegal and they confiscated all the banners from the people, threatening to resort to force to disperse the crowd.
State agents arrested two of the protesters to create a climate of fear. However, when the crowd began to protest one of the state agents said the arrest is only temporary and only intended to disperse the crowd outside of the parliament.
