Ostad Hosseini, commander of the terrorist Revolutionary Guards in Iran’s Semnan Province (east of Tehran), expressed his worries over a repeat of the 2009 uprisings in Iran during the upcoming sham Majlis (parliament) elections in March 2012.
“When sedition builds up, the enemy seeks to take advantage of events taking place inside the country,” Hosseini said. “Therefore, the nature of the next probable sedition – similar to that of 2009 – will be a blend of internal and external elements.”
“Those who can speak to the people must be careful and aware, and protect the elections as a God-given gift,” he added. “Challenges surfacing during the elections are acceptable, however they must not political or security related issues.”
