The Iranian regime after accepting the Geneva agreement is at risk of losing its forces and therefore is in an impasse. Therefore it has decided to launch a new nuclear power plant in the city of Bushehr. Based on this new plan, if the Geneva agreement fails, the Arak heavy water power plant will resume its work at a new site and 60% enrichment will be resumed.
