On the 40th day of the hunger strike of six Kurdish political prisoners in Ghezel Hesar Prison located in the city of Karaj west of Tehran, despite their dire physical conditions these six inmates are continuing their hunger strike until their death sentences are revoked.
According to reports obtained from inside Iran, on Wednesday, December 11th, a judge by the name of Nasiri poor, who supervises over this prison, threatened these six Kurdish political prisoners to accelerate their execution if they continue the hunger strike.
Amnesty International has called for Urgent Action to save the lives of these inmates
