
Iran, March 11, 2018 – Hadi Hashemian, the head of Iran regime judicatory in Golestan province, Northern Iran, showed his fear and utmost concern from a possible uprising during the National Fire Festival which is held on the last Wednesday of the Persian year. Hashemian said: “authorities must designate special locations for people to hold the Fire Festival ceremonies, and monitor the gatherings during the occasion in order to prevent any illegal activities.”
He threatened Iranian people by saying: “People who are arrested for ‘disturbing public order’ and cause ‘chaos will be kept in temporary detentions for the entire new year holidays. The judiciary will stand firm against any disruption and will look into such cases with severity after the holidays.
