Iranian currency plunges to half of Iraqi’s

The value of Iran’s money has not only dropped in the face of other credible currencies such as the Dollar and Euro, yet it has also suffered a stunning drop in comparison to the Iraqi Dinar, lowering to half of it, reported the state-run Asr Iran News Agency. Some Iraqi merchants not only demand Dollars in return for Iranian goods, but they also speak of Iran’s money as a joke.
These same Iraqi merchants who in the past years dreamed of having Iranian bills in their hands, now when given such bills throw them away and demand other currencies. Why should it be so that while 10 years ago the Iran’s currency was 10 times the values of Iraqi currency the conditions now are so that our currency has dropped to half of the Iraqi currency?!
