German Chancellor Angela Merkel said if needed suspended sanctions can be re-imposed on Iran.
Visiting Washington to meet with US President Barack Obama, Merkel said Iran must abide by the commitment based on which its nuclear activities remain limited. If this regime does not live up to its commitment we are ready to lift the current limited suspension of sanctions and even impose further sanctions, she added.
Iran and the P5+1 will be holding their 4th round of talks on May 13th in Vienna, where arrangements have been made to review the final draft of the agreement.
