Iran: tsunami of unemployed & ill people, skyrocketing prices across the country

According to official figures annually around of 250,000 students graduate from Khuzestan Province universities and join the thousands of unemployed youths in Iran. In the best of circumstances only 2,000 of them are absorbed into government apparatuses each year. Therefore, in the end of the current government’s tenure at best there will still be over 590,000 unemployed graduates. If the current graduates are added to these numbers the result will truly be a catastrophe. To create jobs for each of the university graduates at least 1.6 billion rials (over $66,000) must be invested.
Therefore, in the next four years there must be at least around 1,000,000,000,000,000 rials (nearly $41 billion) must be invested to create jobs for all the Khuzestani graduates. Of course, one can play with statistics and standards, like changing the current wrong standard of two hours of work each week considered as the standard of being employed to 2 hours a month or 2 hours a year to thus uproot the unemployment problem once and for all!!!!
However, if statistics are not played with, or false numbers are not published, with the economy relying completely on oil and on government sales, one cannot create a capacity for all these youths. With an economy depending on relative pensions one cannot rival with others in a world with an economy based on competition.
