
After the closure of third C.N.G station in Asalouyeh, southern Iran on Saturday Jan. 31st, a number of truck drivers gathered for the second day, in front of governor’s office building and then moved to the mayor’s office building in the city to protest.
It is necessary to note that in especial region of Asalouyeh only 3 C.N.G stations exists and now all 3 have been closed down.
State authorities do not pay any attention to the problems that drivers are faced with. This has encouraged the drivers to protest. This protest gathering started on Friday Jan. 30th. The first gathering was staged at C.N.G station, and has continued to date.
