A 15-year old high school student in Tehran suburb was shot to death by soldiers taking part in a military drill. Abolfazl Rostami was high school student from the same area.
The military had organized a drill for new members of para-military force, Basij where the boy had enrolled in that too. The incident occurred when one of the AK-47 assault rifles jammed. Lack of proper trainings and unprofessional instructors led to shots being fired killing Abolfazl and wounding two others.
