A number of workers and administrative personnel of the technical line of Traverse Co. (related to Railway Company) protested by walking out of their jobs and calling a strike at the start of the shifts. This happened on Thursday Feb. 26 in Andimeshk and Doroud cities in Lorestan province.
The protesters converged in front of the Railroad company office saying the protest and strike is to demand two months of unpaid salaries especially on the eve of the Iranian New Year which the money earned would mean a lot to the public.
The workers have announced that they will continue their strike until they are paid.
