A man was executed in Shiraz, southern Iran on Tuesday, Feb. 17 accused of ’enmity with God.’ He has been identified with his initials as “M.R.P” and has been in prison since 2011. He was tried and convicted and sentenced to death by hanging shortly after the arrest. His sentence was carried out, according to the judiciary, after being ratified by the 11th branch of the Supreme Court in Shiraz.
