Iran: Security forces shot a young man in Baluchistan in cold blood

Iran, March 29, 2018 – Security forces in Qasr-e-Qand in the Sistan-Baluchistan province  shot a young man carrying bags of rise and seriously wounded him. This Baluch man, named Abdelvahed Reiisi, suffered serious blood loss, and is currently in the ICU section of a hospital in Nikshahr. Mr. Reiisi, who was carrying 10 bags of rise, was reportedly shot in the legs from close range by Qasr-e-Qand security forces.
