According to reliable source, the first victim of brutal punishment of public flogging has been reported in the town of Parsian, Hormozgan province, southern Iran.
Parsian prosecutor, Hossein Abbasi said after announcing the sentence that the “judge has insisted on the sentence being carried out in public to intimidate other as a preemptive measure. The flogging must be viewed by people so others would learn a lesson.”
The prosecutor added that the system would deal extremely harsh with those who act against the system and the public order.
It must be noted that this is the regime’s reaction to protesters. They are first labeled against the system and then sentenced to harsh prison terms and public humiliation including the brutal and horrific punishment of public flogging.
