More than 100 students of Shahre Kurd Azad University gathered to protest the expulsion or suspension of 5 students major in management and accounting. The gathering happened on Sunday Nov. 30th in front of the building of College of Literature. The reason given for the expulsion and suspension of these students was that the University security had found a number of books and pamphlets regarding non-violent demonstration and struggle in their dormitory following an unwarranted raid in to their private rooms.
The regime considers as ’anti-revolutionaries’ or ’elements of overthrow’ anybody who would be interested to read books other than the medieval and obsolete preachers the mullahs promote.
