Hossein Ronaghi Malaki, a prisoner detained in ward 7 of Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison, is forced to sleep on the cold floor of his cell despite suffering serious kidney problems and faced with the threat of losing his kidney.
Prior to this Ronaghi had transferred to Evin clinic on January 26 following heart angina problems and irregular heart beatings.
This political prisoner was returned to Evin Prison and transferred to ward 7 on January 20 despite his illness and the medical commission confirming his need for urgent medical care.
