
Political prisoner Narges Mohammadi was sent to a hospital in Tehran on Saturday, September 26th to undergo an MRI exam. Mohammadi is suffering from severe muscle cramps and physicians have advised that she must be hospitalized for some period to undergo special medical care. However, regime agents have prevented her from being hospitalized and returned her to Evin Prison.

Mohammadi showed up in branch 15 of Tehran’s so-called revolution court on May 3rd to see into the charges of propaganda against the state, measures against national security, opposing executions and membership in the Legam group and activities after her release.
She was then arrested on Tuesday, May 5th as regime security agents and plainclothes forces raided her home, showing an arrest warrant and transferring her to the women’s ward of Evin Prison.
