Political prisoner Abdulrahman Sangani, a Sunni inmate in Gohardasht Prison in Karaj, west of Tehran, was placed under intense physical and psychological tortures, and he is now in critical conditions. He spent 18 months in solitary confinement under torture in detention of the mullahs’ Ministry of Intelligence and currently it has been 3 ½ years since he has been detained in Gohardasht Prison, and authorities are refusing to send this inmate to a hospital to undergo treatment.
