Political prisoner Mashallah Haeri, 58, was transferred to a Tehran hospital on June 3rd after his health deteriorated, and he has been recently transferred back to Gohardasht Prison on August 4th.
Prior to this he had suffered bleeding from his ear and nose on May 7th and transferred to a hospital, and returned to prison after receiving treatment.
It is worth noting that he was arrested after the disputed 2009 elections and condemned to 15 years in jail by a regime court on charges of “connections with the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran”.
