According to a report from Tehran, 2 cars belonging to government security forces stopped at the corner of Azadi Street and Azadi metro station in the Iranian capital Tehran on Saturday Nov. 29th to arrest 2 people. 
The report indicates that the plain clothes agents were members of the IRGC, Iran Revolutionary guards who had planned to arrest these two men. The middle age man, around 40 years of age was arrested, but the younger man, about 25 to 30 years of age managed to escape and blend in to the crowed that were boarding the train.
