A number of residents of Ahwaz called for a protest gathering on Thursday Nov. 27th. This gathering is to save the “Karoon River” from toxic and poisonous swage pouring in to it from nearby factories and hospitals which is killing the marine life and destroying crops that are being irrigated by the “Karoon water”.
The announcement indicates that the gathering will be held in front of Ahwaz, Refah shopping center.
