Under pressure and restrictions imposed by sanctions, the Iranian regime has been forced to suspend the gas pipeline project stretching to Pakistan.
Ali Majedi, deputy oil minister in international affairs, confirmed this issue and said, “Due to the sanctions Iran cannot provide the necessary budget for constructing a pipeline in another country.”
