Iran: Only 6 out of 1600+ candidates were qualified to run in the sham presidential elections

The election committee of the interior ministry in Iran issued a statement hours ago announcing the names of only 6 candidates out of over 1600 registered to run in the presidential elections.
These six eligible candidates include the incumbent president Hassan Rouhani, the executioner mullah Raisi, Mostafa Mirsalim, Eshagh Jahangiri, former guard’s gen. Ghalibaf and Mostafa Hashemi-Taba
It is worth noting that the former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who had registered to run in this term’s presidential election was disqualified by the Guardian Council that oversees the vetting process in the mullahs’ sham elections.
