Mashhad and Ardebil
A group of nurses in Mashhadn, northeast Iran, rallied outside the Mashhad University central building on Sunday, July 5th protesting discrimination and poor job conditions.
On this same day 200 other nurses of Mashhad’s Zakriya Hospital held a similar rally.
The medical personnel of Ardebil’s Fatemi Hospital also staged a rally on Sunday, July 5th and refusing to return to work until their demands are met.

Labor protests in Arak and Shahr-e Babak
 

Workers of the Parcham Novin Factory staged their 2nd consecutive day of rallies on Sunday, July 5th going on strike and protesting not receiving their paychecks for the past three months.
On this same day workers of the Shahr-e Babak Khatoun Abad Copper Mill Factory rallied and protested the expulsion of their colleagues.
