Iran, March 12, 2018 – The Iranian National Fire Festival, which is held on the eve of the last Wednesday of the Persian calendar year, has now become a focal point of Ayatollahs’ nightmare. Every year, the Iranian people take advantage of this occasion to protest against the regime.
Mullah Mahmoud Salavati from Qom, South of Tehran, reviled his fear of this year’s festival by saying: “Unfortunately, some people use dangerous fireworks and firecrackers during the festival and we must turn this into an enjoying event in the society through a cultural education.”
“We can schedule some interesting shows in public places for youth to reduce and prevent the damages caused by fireworks,” Salavati told the regime’s official news agency, IRNA.
