Mullah Saiedi, the Supreme Leader’s special representative to the Revolutionary Guards Corp, IRGC, in an interview on Iran’s main state run television on Jan 28th clearly admitted that the theocratic regime ruling Iran has organized paramilitary groups in a number of Arab countries.
“The Basij has precisely established its place amongst Arab world. It has been forned in Lebanon, we have Basij militants in Gaza, there are Basij paramilitary groups in Syria and especially in Iraq,” he added.
Salami, the deputy IRGC commander said: “forming a new front for Basij in the West Bank which is a major part of the Palestinian territories is also in our agenda. This is part of the new reality which would gradually be unveiled.”
