Iran ministry of intelligence prevents release of two prisoners already severed their times

Iran intelligence ministry and other authorities in Zahedan, Southeastern Iran have been denying the release of two Balouchi political prisoners who have already served their full term in prison.
Despite 8 years of incarceration, Abed Bampuri and Es’haq Kalkali, two Baluch political prisoners currently serving time in Zahedan Central Prison, have been deprived of wining their freedom.
Bampuri is ill and suffering from infectious kidneys, yet his requests to see a medical specialist outside of prison have been turned down. This prisoner was sentenced to 21 years behind bars for measures against national security and cooperating with dissident groups.
