According to reports received from inside Iran, lung tuberculosis has been seen spreading in Karaj Central Prison. To this day a number of inmates have died to this illness, which is very contagious and dangerous. Iran political prisoner is very vulnerable to these illnesses due to harsh conditions in such facilities. According to this report authorities in this prison are taking no action to provide medical care for these ill inmates, while this sickness continues to spread.
