Iran judiciary spokesman Mullah Mohseni Ejhe’i confirmed the fact that heating has been cut off many times for Evin Prison during the winter season.
“Prisons are not separated from other parts of the country, and this could happen anywhere else. There was a little problem with the electricity for the heating…,” he said on Sunday, December 13th. “We will need a huge budget for the Prisons Organization if these problems are to be resolved completely.”
