Iran ISNA news agency: ‘This is not Fire Festival, it’s a street war’

Iran, Tehran, March 13, 2018 – The government run student news agency, ISNA, haunted by the Fire Festival uprising today, wrote:
“If what has been happening in the name of Fire Festival, for the past few years, is really an Iranian tradition, I prefer to change my nationality to one of those primitive African tribes… What is happening as “Fire Festival” is not a celebration or festivity, but rather, it is a street war. What we have been witnessing for the past several years has been hand-made bombs and firecrackers, breaking windows and burning cars.”
This government source admitted: “There is no solution for this. Not police, fire department and emergency hospital high alerts, nor Hollywood style movie clips where celebrities give useless advice.”
