Iran: Fuel tanker drivers on strike in Isfahan

Fuel tanker drivers in Isfahan, central Iran, went on strike starting Wednesday afternoon, protesting the amount of price of fuel transfers, the state-run ILNA news agency reported. As a result, they have refused to transfer fuel to various fuel stations.
“The owners of fuel tankers in the city of Isfahan went on strike last night in protest to the price of renting tankers to transfer fuel,” one protester said.
“The lack of fuel transfer to temporary stations has caused long lines in fuel pumps,” one state-run media outlet wrote.
